Head Coach NaJarius "JJ" Green bolstered his Women's Basketball staff with the addition of Donn Burrows in 2023.

Burrows brings nearly 30 years of coaching experience to the Koala bench, including his most recent stop the past two seasons as an assistant Coach at Spartanburg Methodist College.

From 2021-2023, Burrows assisted at Spartanburg Methodist College in all areas, especially player development and skill acquisition. From 2015 to 2021, he coached in Phoenix, Arizona, as the Game Plan Coordinator for the Shadow Mountain High School girls who won the 2019 AZ state title. Burrows spent 12 years as girls Head Coach at Ohio Bishop Fenwick High School and one year at NCAA DIII Wilmington College in Wilmington, OH. In Ohio, he spent years as a head coach, player development coach, and defensive coordinator.

Coach Burrows is a graduate of Michigan State University and has been married to his wife, Sue, for 48 years. Burrows has two children and four grandchildren.
