Golf Team Receives Conference Honors

The golf team has been working hard to improve on their game and with Coach Mason behind them this young group of golfers have a huge amoount of potential. Although the season may not have yielded the results the Koalas were looking for, the ladies still have a reason to celebrate. Sophomores Daisy Conley and Mikaya Thomas both received All- Conference Academic honors, which recognizes athletes that have maintained a 3.25 GPA or higher throughout the season. Thomas also was honored as a receipient of the Champions of Character award, which is given to athletes that exhibit all the core values of the confernce which include leadership, good sportsmanship and service.
