Koalas Qualify for Nationals in Home Opener

In the season and home opener, the Koala swim team looked to make a statement. Although the score may not have reflected it, the team had a productive day in the pool. The Koalas were able to swim national qualifying times in both the 200 medley relay and the 200 freestyle relay. Both relays swam "A" standard times and will be competing at Nationals which will be hosted by the University of Tennessee. The relay included sophomores Megan Perry, and Jessie Durflinger, junior Mackenzie Shannon, and freshman Heidi Lundberg.

The next meet will for the Koalas will be at home on October 12th at 1 pm.
