Lady Koala Golf Competes in Johnson City

JOHNSON CITY, TN - The Columbia College women's golf team competed at the Northeast Tennessee Spring Shootout on Tuesday playing two rounds and 36 holes in the same day from the Johnson City CC hosted by Milligan College.

Milligan won the tournament with a 38 over 614 followed by Emory & Henry and Tennessee Wesleyan.

Sophomore Abigayle Johnson shot rounds of 109 and 106 for a 71 over 215 while freshman Kaylee Brisco had rounds of 112 and 114 for a 226. They placed 43 and 44th in the field.

The Lady Koalas will next finish up their season by competing in the AAC Qualifer on April 15 and 16 from the Governors Towne Club in Acworth, GA, hosted by Bryan College.
