BLACK MOUNTAIN, NC- Women's Soccer fell at the hands of Montreat on Wednesday night, 4-0.
The Cavaliers netted the game-winner in the seventh minute and added three more scores in the second half to pick up their seventh win of the season and seventh of Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) play.
The loss dropped the Koalas to 5-5-2 overall on the season and 3-5-1 inside AAC play. Columbia sits ninth in the conference with five more opportunities to pick up AAC points.
The Koalas will return to action on Saturday when they take on Bryan (TN) at 3:30 p.m.
