PIKEVILLE, KY- Volleyball returned to action on Friday night, traveling to the newest member school of the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC), Pikeville.
THE BASICS:
The Bears won in straight sets, 25-12, 25-21, 25-16, to improve to 13-3 overall and 5-3 within the AAC. The loss drops the Koalas to 2-11 on the season, and they are still searching for their first conference win.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
Amanda Velez recorded a team-high 12 digs, while Brhia Cummings paced the offense with six kills.
