DAYTON, TN- Columbia Volleyball hit the road on Friday for the first of a two-game weekend set; the Koalas were handed a 3-0 loss at the hands of Bryan by scores of 25-13, 25-12, 25-20.
The win was the 15th of the year for Bryan and the 12th in conference play; they now stand at 15-9 overall and 12-4 in Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) action.
The Koalas slipped to 2-17 overall with the loss and are still searching for their first AAC win of the year.
Destiny Brown led the Koala attack with six kills on 20 attempts; Kasey Brough, Hali Doctor, and Sarah Jones each recorded three. Debra Shephard recorded a double-double with 14 assists and ten digs.
The Koalas return to action today at 11 AM against Tennessee Wesleyan.
